Helpful friendly staff. Delivered and picked up with no fuss at all

We will not be using them again. We booked a skip for 2 weeks from Penny's. The skip was delivered on the Tuesday morning at 8am and then collected on the Monday week at 8am. It should have been collected at the end of day to have the full 2 week period. We were planning to fill the skip that day and were not expecting them to arrive first thing in the morning. The skip was not even half full. When I called their customer services to explain this, they said we should have specified a time! I totally disagree with that. If they were going to short change us by a day, they should have called to say they were picking it up first thing so we could have had a chance to finish loading the day before. Terrible customer service.

Ordered 8 tons of topsoil. Great customer service on the phone. Driver very courteous and helpful. Great product, not a single stone. Very good price for quality all round.

Unconscious biased staff. There is no eye contact with the customers at all! I understand the test is going to be in the exam conditions. However, I received very robotic service. Not recommending this company
